I get Multivitamins because I don't eat much vege and fruits I rather eat meat 🍖 most of the time
Probiotics this is good for your gut especially if you have problems with going to the washroom I don't have this problem but I read about it it's good to have good bacteria 🦠 🧫 in the body best part is you don't have to take daily because if you take too much the body will remove it anyway so there is a maximum number of bacteria 🦠🧫 the body can take.

- L-Carnatine this is something new I added to my supplement it gives you energy and it says on the bottle that it turns fat into energy im not sure if it's true because I do my fasting and gym at the same time maybe it does work that's why I lost weight or everything I did works. gym, drink lots of water and eat meat and fasting. If you want something to happen we need to do to the extreme.
The last thing I need to do is sleep 😴 earlier it's the last thing I struggle with other than that I'm quite descipline.
