Why is it we feel pain when there is no pain? did we create pain from the mind? Why do we love to do the bad things in order to feel pleasure or feel alive again in the end we regret it anyway?

Then we contemplate weather to do good or bad then we stuck in the middle without a decision because we know if we do bad we will regret and consequences awaits us there is always consequences eithet we do good or bad. But when we do good peace of mind is there but the consequences you don't get what you want.

They said life is fair? Is it true? Decisions decisions it's difficult to decide the bad is right in front of you limited please with limited time do we wait? If we wait will we be alive tomorrow? And let it slip. Mind is tired to decide let's wait and see if we wish the bad for tomorrow or we forget about it completely. Usually we all hope we forget.

We certainly can create pain in our minds, with how we choose to view things, especially when we think that is the only option. Pain and suffering have been so deeply infused in the slave system that they are often the default for many people, which then makes people want to distract themselves and numb out. There is always other choices, however, other ways of being and flowing in the world, but we must realize that this is possible. I feel for you, brother.
