It depends a bit, or not just a bit, but heavily, on the usage, I start by delegating 500Bl RC, and then see how far it goes. For Indeedly, I had to increase 1250, and it still wasn't enough. For now, I delegated 250 to !ZOMBIE, because I don't have enough anymore for my own account :-D
