Thursday was a travel day. Travel days always equate to decent activity count days.
I am wrapping up my vacation. We returned to Tennessee after a week in Ohio with my mom and sisters.
It was a nice relaxing time with family.
My activity counts were low this past week, as I had expected but now we are back to our regular routine.
