Yesterday, Friday began with a run that took me from the dark, early morning into a foggy, golden sunrise. The air was thick with mist, creating an almost surreal atmosphere as the light slowly broke through. It was a perfect transition from night to day, and the fog lifted just as the sun began to warm the surroundings, bringing a sense of calm and renewal.
