In search of progress!

Hello everyone! In this report from Actifit I will show you a little bit of my shoulder training, which has already started to cover specific plank exercises. From the quality of my progressions, I know that this move will take me months to master, but I also know that I already have enough shoulder strength to move forward at a decent pace.

Talking a little more about my day, today I had to do some errands by bike, which I like because the ride is usually nice. At the end of the day as always I went to the park to train with my friends, everyone is very active and works in the way they think is most appropriate. Training serves as an escape for me because lately my mind does not stop.

At the end of the post I leave you some photos of our meeting yesterday at the Home Gym, a new calisthenics gym that is located in the city, there we could appreciate a friendly competition between two athletes with a very high level. The day was amazing.

¡En búsqueda de progreso!

¡Hola a todos! En este reporte de Actifit les mostraré un poco de mi entrenamiento de hombros, el cual ya empezó a cubrir ejercicios específicos de plancha. Por la calidad de mis progresiones, sé que este movimiento me tomará meses dominarlo, pero también sé que ya tengo la suficiente fuerza de hombro para avanzar a un ritmo decente.

Hablando un poco más de mi día, hoy tuve que hacer algunas diligencias en bicicleta, lo cual me gusta porque el paseo suele ser agradable. Al final del día como siempre fui al parque a entrenar con mis amigos, todos están muy activos y trabajan de la manera que creen más apropiada. El entrenamiento me sirve de escape porque últimamente mi mente no se detiene.

Al final del post les dejo algunas fotos de nuestro encuentro ayer en el Home Gym, un nuevo gimnasio de calistenia que se encuentra en la ciudad, allí pudimos apreciar una competencia amistosa entre dos atletas con muy alto nivel. El día estuvo increíble.

Algún día, hay que ponernos de acuerdo. Pero te advierto, las rutinas que hago últimamente no son técnicamente sencillas.
