Different Enjoyable Exercises at Gym || I'm alive and Thriving Challenge || My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2024

Hello Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. It had been too long since I joined Gym last time. Unfortunately, I had lost control of my weight hence I was making my focus on this issue. Through a healthy and planned diet, I'm able to reduce it successfully by 3 kilograms in a week. It was a great achievement and I have made a tight schedule for everything. It is Saturday and the weather was quite supportive for doing a massive exercise today hence I decided to join Gym.

Saturday Gym Activities


As the weather was quite nice and cool hence I put sports dress with sports shoes and entered into Home Gym Room. Weight lifting, walking on a Treadmill, Cycling, and rotating by Curl Bars are my favorite things in the Gym. I'm not heavy heavy-weight lifter and didn't stretch my shoulder Muscles hence I only put 30 Kilograms of Dumbbells on Both sides of the rod. Moreover, I like to complete as many Actifit steps on Treadmills as I can. Rotations by Curl bar is a quite difficult task for me but I'm glad that I have completed 20 rotations successfully. Last but not least, I joined Electric Cycle to strengthen my leg Muscles. It is an amazing and relaxing thing in the whole Gym. During my all activities, I also have made different snaps to be shared here.

After doing all this Exercise in Gym, my body was panicked and I was feeling fatigued. Hence I decided to stop doing more exercise.


Sports Smartwatch Counts


In today's Gym, I had one special thing. It is my Dany Smartwatch. After finishing my exercise at the Gym, I was glad to see that my Smartwatch had recorded my several body systems counts. I checked my heartbeat, Oxygen level as well as Blood Pressure. The counts were in a comfortable range.

Conclusion


The gym is my favorite exercise. Whenever I'm feeling unsymmetrical condition in my body, I join Gym. It is really fantastic and magical soul to produce a strong body. I like stiffness into my body and want to increase my Stamina for doing Physical Work. If we have free time in our life then we should join on in the weekend. Saturday was a good day as I enjoyed my Gym and did many things here.
