Hi to all my actifiters friends all around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity. Today is my schedule to delivering some chemical to my friend factory. So in early morning after putting my wife and my son in school, i am just controlling my driver remotely and just make sure that the chemical arrives at destination with safe and sound.
It took a while but yeah it arrives safe and sound. And today i am training my back muscles. My body changes a little bit. My muscles seems to grow after 3 months consistency doing home workout. But yet, it is still far away to body goals. But at least my blood pressure and my blood sugar is normal. And thats good progress. Just waiting time till the body wil follow the progress.
In the last 2 days. I was decided to deload the weight so my fiber mucles can regenerate faster and i have time to resting my muscles especially the big one. I am still workout but not in the same as usual weight. And i still need to do 15 reps with 4 sets. And make sure my form is right and do it slowly. That will make muscle connection on. And lately i am addicted to playing retro games in PS1. After my brother said to me to trying duckstation apps. I really want to nostalgic with PS1 games right now. Every my free time now i will playing PS1 games. Thats kinda refreshing for me.
