Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i just want to share my daily routine. After yesterday training my chest muscle, of course today my chest got sore a little bit. But, i think i might be wrong about the form since the most sore is my front deltoid or i dont know maybe my front deltoid muscle is weak so it will be sore at the most. Maybe next week i will fix my form first before upgrade the weight. I think for one full month i just fixing my form first before i upgrade my weight to 10kg. And today i train my back muscles and biceps muscle. Back with dumbelss have lottle variations so i just done with 2 variations of back training and 2 variation with bicep training. And due the hot temperature my stamina draining so fast today. But at least my mood is really good after training today
