Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to tell you guys the last week end i got symptoms from the virus. Having runny nose and sneezing all day long. LOL. But the good news is i can still doing anything even though i am become lazy to do anything anyway. And my son still coughing a lot until today. He still has runny nose too. Maybe if until next week he still have symptoms i will bring him to doctor. The good news is his fever is gone. And today after he returned from school i asked him to sleep. To regain his health. And started today i will use my rule that screen time just only for 2 hours. And i am very proud about his reaction. He is not angry or stunting. Just accept and play something else.
He played some legos and gun toy. To mark the target. He really happy when i accompany him playing gun and legos. And the progress not looking youtube or smartphone is he can more talk active. he can share what he is doing in school and talking about toys and many more. I am impressed that my choice just reduce the screen time can make such a progress. And as you know today i am very lazy to workout. But my heart said that i still need to be discipline. So, i am still doing workout today. Training my chest muscle. Thats pretty good today. Maybe on the next 3 month my body will be good looking. Even though right now my body is changing a little bit. Some muscle popping out especially triceps since i am very love when training triceps. Hopefully i can still discipline till next year and wonder how mu body will change. Fpr the health issue yeah my blood pressure going stable in late 3 weeks after i am starting routine workout. And less anxiety.
