My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2024

It has been a while since I made an update on the platform. This was due to a technical issue with my device.

While at work I spilled a lot of water on my phone and it damaged the panels of my device. I was so afraid that I was going to loose my account again that's why I now have to try back it up on cloud.

Nevertheless I've been consistently training, day in day out at least 2hours everyday at the gym including today.

Since the break from school about a month ago I made more effort to work very well on myself and my diet.
Now that I'll be returning back to campus in 2 weeks my scheduled time for training will have to change to adjust to my school work.
I can say that so far I've made some progress ,not as much as I expected but enough to know that am not behind.
I even want to add more volume to my program and get more gains.

My workout today was primarily targeting my upper body so my chest muscles,shoulders , and arms.

Am not much of a shoulder enthusiast sometimes I get a little bit lazy to work on my shoulders. For instance today I got so tired after bench press and I felt like ignoring my shoulders and go home.
I had to push myself further and train my shoulders.

Speaking of bench press I can proudly now say I can confidently lift 40kg without being aided which shows that am making real progress.

This is the much I have to offer for the day. It really is good to be back again.
