I took this photo on my way this morning to one of the local fish farms in my area it was just at the entrance of the street.
On getting there they were already sorting the fishes for me, they are actually catfish. I wanted to stock a pond at one of the farms I manage with more fishes. The raining season is approaching so I want to stock up with fishes before then.
After leaving their farm I took a motorbike to the gym. This was around 9am ,9:30. And I checked how much I weighed today and I found out I added another 2kg. I may not look like it,but I weigh like it. So all those eating did payoff.
I plan on working on my food quality this may. I plan to hit 60kg by June , and to do that I would spend a lot on feeding. It really isn't easy at all to work on a fitness program. What some don't know is that ,the exercise isn't actually the hard part ,its actually the eating that's really difficult.
Calculating calories and stuffs are really hard and sometimes I can be really inconsistent with everything.
So this evening I had a chat with a friend who was gonna help me with structuring my programme to help me reach a lot of my fitness goals, and starting tomorrow I'll adopt his ideas.
And with this help I hope I'll be able to reach my goals. Top of my list would be documenting my progress here on Actifit community and sharing my progress and numerous ideas on how I achieved what I wanted will be shared to you guys.
For now I keep pushing forward and hoping that I won't relent, the sky isn't my limit.
