Been busy
After yesterday, I was only awake again at night and then slept for a long time again. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
However, as I wrote in yesterday's report, my sleep was restful. Now I've had my hot lemon and there's plenty to do. So let's get going.
It's evening as I continue typing here. What can I say, I've used everything again except the second magnesium. It's often too late for me. And if it was the olive oil that didn't suit me for oil pulling, the sunflower oil is fine as usual, even if I'm still not using certified organic oil again.
We did a lot of organizing and clearing out again today, so there was some movement.

Fleißig gewesen
Nach dem gestrigen Tag, war ich nun erst nachts nochmal wach und hab dann wieder nochmal lange geschlafen. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Wie ich im Bericht von gestern schon schrieb, war mein Schlaf allerdings erholsam. Nun habe ich meine heiße Zitrone hinter mir und es gibt reichlich zu tun. Also auf geht's.
Es ist abends, als ich hier weiter tippe. Was kann ich sagen, ich habe wieder alles verwendet, bis auf das zweite Magnesium. Es ist mir oft zu spät. Und sollte es das Oliven-Öl gewesen sein, dass mir nicht bekam fürs Ölziehen, so bekommt mir das Sonnenblumen-Öl wie gewohnt gut, auch wenn ich immer noch nicht wieder bio-zertifiziertes verwende.
Wir haben heute wieder viel geordnet und geräumt, und so kam einige Bewegung zusammen.
