Even earlier to bed
The series continues. Awake earlier than I wanted again. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
Well, the good news is that I always wake up feeling rested in an unusual way and not interrupted in my sleep, as if I had been drinking coffee. But I only wake up slowly, slumber for a long time until I finally give up because I can't fall asleep again.
During the day it was like yesterday. Except that we played chess together again. I could even make up for my afternoon slump with the exercise again. But now the evening is earlier again, my work is already done and I'm looking forward to going to bed.
PS: The Sweatcoin app first showed zero today and then stopped working completely. I found the option to update it. After that it worked again.

Noch früher ins Bett
Die Reihe setzt sich fort. Wieder früher wach als gewollt. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Nun, die gute Nachricht ist, dass ich auf eine ungewohnte Art immer wieder ausgeruht wach werde und nicht wie im Schlaf unterbrochen, so als hätte ich Kaffee getrunken. Doch ich werde nur langsam wach, schlummere lange, bis ich schließlich aufgebe, weil ich nicht wieder einschlafe.
Tagsüber war es wie gestern. Nur dass wir wieder Schach spielten gemeinsam. Sogar mein Tief am Nachmittag fing ich wieder mit der Übung auf. Nun ist der Abend allerdings wieder nochmals früher, meine Arbeit ist schon getan und ich freue mich aufs Bett.
PS: Die Sweatcoin-App zeigte heute erst Null an und stellte dann komplett ihren Dienst ein. Ich fand die Möglichkeit für ein Update. Danach funktionierte sie wieder.
