It was a little overcast and very humid when I went out for my run this morning. My training plan instructed me to do a 17km easy run. Well, I did 17km, and I took it nice and easy as far as pace goes, but I found it anything but easy. It definitely looks like I'm going to have to start running even slower than I am at the moment.
My route was basically an out and back route along to Saltford, up Gypsy Lane, and along towards Corston. All of my pictures are from halfway up Gypsy Lane.
Again this afternoon we watched the Tour de France. As today was the last stage, I won't have that as an excuse to sit down for the afternoon any longer.
No running tomorrow, and the forecast looks like rain, so I'm not sure what I'll be doing for the first day of my summer holiday.
