I was surprised to find it was raining when I got up this morning, only a little drizzle but not something that was forecast.
My training plan had a nice easy 5km run for me today, so I was up and out to do it fairly quickly. Apart from the occasional park run, I rarely run such a short distance, and although I'm still feeling tired, I found it strangely difficult to run as slowly as I should have.
In the afternoon it started to rain properly so it gave my wife and I a great excuse to watch the tour de france live on the TV. Hence, we had an extremely lazy afternoon sat on the sofa.
