I was up extra early today, so I wasted no time getting out for my Sunday run. I didn't go so far as I normally do on a Sunday as I'm deliberately trying to take it easy today. I'm due to have a small biopsy operation tomorrow, so I want to be well rested to help my post operation recovery. Of course, that's if the operation actually goes ahead. My first scheduled appointment on the 6th of June was cancelled after I'd been waiting in the hospital for the whole day!
