Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my Actifit Report for monday the 25/11/2024. When you overwork yourself in the day it affects both your sleep and even the time you wake up the next day. That was the problem I faced on my Monday morning. I had done some extra job on the farm, on Sunday evening. A log of wood was inferring with the right of way of my neighbours and I had to clear it out. It was not a funny thing. The pains in huing and packing the woods isn't a nice tale.
Having struggled to finish same when the weather is still not cloudy, I managed to sleep with it and then felt the back pains, muscle 💪 pains generally. It made me woke up late on Monday morning.
On my Monday morning, woken up late, I rushed my chores and then set for work. Luckily for me I wasn't all that late in arriving.
In the afternoon of my monday, it was a tale of climbing the stairs. We got some new books to restock the library. Climbed the stairs many times to pick up books from the ground floor then take it to the library and arranged them.
Once done, we visited a farm to have a look at the possibility of acquiring same for a client. It already have cassava planted therein. We'll punch once same is harvested in about eleven months from now.
Thereafter, I came back home to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
