Hello and welcome! :)
In the morning I wrote down everything I had to do this week. It turned out to be a lot of stuff and this information kept me overwhelmed to the end of the day. According to the "Eat the frog" method, I started with the task that seemed the worst, which was writing an essay. I'm glad I did it on Monday and I have the rest of the week for studying.
I also went for a walk in the afternoon. I managed to rethink my whole life 😅 I'm just kidding, but honestly I'm overthinking a lot of things now. Maybe it's good, because I have a lot to focus on, but on the other hand it's kinda exhausting. Do you have any problems with overthinking? You can let me know.
