Hello friends, it's really my pleasure coming up with another pretty song by one of Nigerian gospel artists, Moses Bliss to be precise. However, this spirit elating symphony was released in May 2021 and titled: too faithful.
Alexander Pope once said to err is human to forgive divine. No one on earth has been proven to be without fault and frailties although some people may not openly concede they have shortfalls as humans but it's obvious every being in the world have their weaknesses.
However, it is apparent there is a high level of unfaithfulness in the world today. We can observe this in marriages, governments, homes, offices, businesses etc. this clarifies that humans are full of weaknesses and shortfalls.
Most people may claim to be trustworthy but this fact isn't absolutely realistic. Although I know a little bit about how things are being done in the west, where the government takes care of the masses but still, they can't fend for all their needs else the government itself will go broke. Nonetheless, this is an indication that the government isn't absolutely faithful because people's needs aren't entirely cleared.
We've seen cases where people are joined together in marriage, with the pledge until death do us part but in the long run, they even part before the tragedy of death even set in. This is an indication of unfaithfulness in marriage.
While I was tender, my late Dad promised to train us to any height of education we wish to attain but we lost him a couple of years ago and I'm yet to do my Masters. This signifies that people wouldn't always be there for you as most crosses are meant for you alone regardless of its weight and intensity.
On the contrary, there's this Uncle of mine who promised me heaven and earth while I was yet in Secondary school, he promised to train me even overseas but he later joined politics and unfortunately, he campaigned with almost everything he had in 2015. He finally lost to the Buhari administration and all the vows he made turned into futility. This is also an indication that humans have words but actions may not absolutely depend on us, meaning we can fail.
I heard a story about the pioneer of the titanic ship “Thomas Andrews Jr.” although uncensored, who said “not even God can wreck the ship” when he was asked the strength of the ship (pardon to every researcher who knows better than my expatiation in this regard) however, while the ship sailed, we can attest how it wrecked at the heart of the Atlantic ocean dropping underwater about 4000 meters deep, that is approximately 13,000 ft. This is another indication that human wisdom, dexterity and prowess can fail at a time.
Nonetheless, my emphasis isn't that human beings are bound to fail rather, it's the circumstances behind and beyond the nature of our existential control that calls for all these intricacies.
Consequently, there is a clear cut into this symphony, where Moses Bliss underscored, it's only God that's too faithful to the extent he cannot fail.
The fact we are humans and can go the extra mile in achievements does not qualify us as super humans. Everyone on earth can fail but God as indicated in these pretty lyrics cannot fail irrespective of the task bound, He's still too big for all of it.
Finally, this write-up and the lessons from the caption of this symphony is a clarion call for us not to absolutely rely on people irrespective of what they've become. People can fail even without remorse but God cannot fail if we should trust him in everything. Thank you for going through bye.
