Hello there, yes I'm from the Philippines. I used to see the images though and can upload photos. I can upload photos on Actifit but not on Ecency. Quite sad and frustrating. But I'm sure maybe someday I can get through this prob! Thank you for the info! Have a good day! ☕🌻
What error do you get when you try to upload? Can you try Ecency.com and Ecency mobile app in both cases if there is an error, please take screenshot and share with us. 🙏
Hello again, I haven't tried Ecency.com yet. I only use ecency mobile app. I haven't done uploading again because I still can't see images yet from everyone's posts. But I remember, everytime I tried uploading, ecency closed. When I opened ecency again I only see one line which probably means the app stop halfway during uploading process.
Typed this reply ages ago but showed an error saying something about wrong token. I'm out now using data, will see if it works...
If the app is not working for you maybe try uninstalling it and then reinstalling?
But you please try going to Ecency.com to see if the web site works better for you. Let me know, if you can. ❤️
Are you using the @ecency app or ecency.com? Are you able to see images if you use the other? Ecency.com works well from mobile.
