Hello all Hive People & Splinterlands lovers,
The Splinterlands game is NFT based card game so no doubt the cards are the basic element in the game play. If some one want to play in the higher leagues then the cards need to upgrade to match the league. Their is not restriction that the players with the lower level cards can not play in higher league but paying with lower lever card means their is very less chance of winning the battle. I am able to upgrade most of my rewards summoners to the max level and most of the other cards are also upgraded to different level accordingly. I understand the concept of the leveling up cards and that was the reason that I send all my Glint on previous reward card series as I was required the cards to level up some of them. Below is the screenshot of my Reward Card Summoner collection.
From the current reward card series one card took my attention and I decided to include the same in my collection i.e. Olivia of the Brook
The cards ahs a new ability name mimic
At the beginning of round 2 and each following round, gain a random ability from the enemy team. 25% chance to gain a random ability from an attacker when hit. Dispel removes one mimicked ability in the order they were gained. Debilitations, Targeting abilities, Ambush, Weapons Training, Flank, Reach, Charge, and Taunt cannot be mimicked.”
The only way to get this card is by using the Glints, as the card belongs to the Epic rarity so I decide to spend Glint on Epic draws which increased my chance to set the card. After the release of the new reward series the draw prices has been updated and we need to spend more glints on draws as compare to previous draws. As per planned I got lucky and found sufficient cards to upgrade the cards to level 2 and by this I am unable to unlocked the mimic ability. I like to see the card in action and love to see fetching her the abilities for the opponent team. Amazing the situation when the cards will have more then three - four abilities which will make it more powerful cards in the battlefield.
Lets look at the stats of card...
The card belongs to the Life splinter and cost 6 mana to call in battle. The card has melee as well as the magic attack which itself make is special. The heath is not much and lack of shield make is some what fragile but at level three it got the shield also. The 3 speed are not bas which remain the same through out the max level. At the level one it has the Opportunity ability and at label two it will gain the mimic ability. At max level it unlocked one more ability maned Reflection Shield. At level 4 it gain the health and at level 5 it gains the additional melee also.
My Current Game Status
We have completed the almost 6 day of current season and during those six days I am able to unlocked the Diamond III league and current rating is 3180. Required 220 more rating points to unlocked the Diamond I league. I am expecting to unlocked the Champion league this season even I am not able to reach the same form couple of seasons. Each wining battle rewards me with 2.5 SPS token and 470 Glint Points and also secured the 28,754 glint for season end rewards.
