Hello all Hive People & Splinterlands lovers,
There are many things going on in Splinterlands ecosystem. The wild card has been introduced some month back, voucher system has been completely changed. The new management has been working hard and I am sure will see many more update and additions in coming month. The recent highlight was the addition of new Rebellion Reward Cards. The old Chose Legion Reward cards has been discontinued and new cards with new abilities has been come into game after the new season started on 15th August. So it was the last chance for the players to accruing the old as their will be less chance that you will get those cards on market. However the unbonding of cards is already activated but till the cards are not cheap as the unbonding costs 10 the CP of the card. The unbond or debond process not only taking care of excess reward cards flood in market but also helps in supporting the DEC pricing. The DEC price had started increasing after the announcement and still is in up movement. This is really a positive movement for the game ecosystem.
As I mentioned that this was the last chance for the plyers to purchase the Draw for the Chose Legion Reward cards form the game shop, so I decided to invest all me Glints on purchasing the different draws. There were some players how save the glints an decided to invest them on new rebellion series reward cards but I have some other plans. I have already upgraded all my Chose Legion reward card but they were not unto Max level. The main reason for purchasing the draws before 15th august was to accrue the more cards and specially the Summoner cards. Most of the CL Reward Summoner cards were near to max level, only few BCX were required to complete he process.
I decided to go for rear draw as all the summoners are form rare rarity. So this way I have more chance to get the rare summoners. Lets have a look what I pulled form opening the 100 Rare Draws.
It was the first lot of rare draw I purchased so each draw cost 500 Glints and in this way spend total 50000 Glints. In total 100 rare cards has been added in my collection. Out of hundred cards I pulled, Fire splinter gets 16, Life splinter gets 17, Water splinter gets ,15 Earth splinter gets 21, Death splinter gets 21, Dragon splinter gets 05 and Neutral splinter gets 05 cards. If I talked about the foil then 4 cards are gold foil cards and I have not used nay Alchemy potion (may be if I used them get more Gold foil but I think they are good to use when opening packs. I got lucky as 44 percent cards were summoner cards. So I have good number to upgrade my summoners.
As you can see from the below screenshot, except the water splinter all my summoners are at max level. I am glad that purpose of spending the glint on rare draw was achieved.
Now I will concentrate more on the new reward cards form rebellion series. Some of the new abilities are just awesome. I have seen a battle which used mimic ability card. It was awesome to see how the card get the new abilities during the battle. I love to get my hands on those cards. This season I am expecting to set the 100k glints at the end of the season and then I will get the chance to use the new rewed cards.
Are you purchasing the New reward cards h=, how they perform in the battle?
