Nowadays, in the search for wellness that includes physical health, it has been demonstrated that eating vegetables not only cooked but also in smoothies brings great benefits to the organs of our body for a better functioning, such as cleaning some organs, providing energy to face the day to day, among others.

We find many recipes to combine some vegetables that for their contribution of vitamins are suitable to strengthen the immune system or provide energy, among other things.

The carrot, among its vitamin content of different types is known for its power in Vitamin A, highly recommended to control the effects of the sun on the skin, also favors the view.

Cucumber, its vitamin and mineral content is very nutritional, making it very powerful for the body, just as the carrot provides to strengthen the immune system.

Parsley is depurative, digestive and nutritious; it is rich in Vitamin C, Calcium and Magnesium, in addition to other vitamins it provides.

Lemon, provides a large amount of Vitamin C, presents other vitamins on a smaller scale.

It was prepared for 7 days to supplement the diet of those who live in my home (mainly prepared for my mother's consumption, as we all consume it).

It was used daily:
-1 cucumber
-1 carrot
-a small bunch of parsley
-1 or 2 lemons
-1 glass of water

After washing very well, with plenty of water, each vegetable is chopped into very small pieces to be taken to the blender.

The first step is to put the water in the blender, the cucumber because it is softer for blending.

Then, the parsley was added, leaving it to blend very well.The carrot is incorporated.

Finally, add the lemon juice and continue blending very well.

Serve in the glass.

Important note: it is up to the taste of each person to strain it through a strainer, in this case it was decided to drink it without straining it so as not to lose its fiber.

En la actualidad, en la bùsqueda del bienestar que incluye la salud fìsica se ha demostrado que ingerir vegetales no solo cocidos sino tambièn licuados aportan grandes beneficios a los òrganos de nuestro cuerpo para un mejor funcionamiento; llàmese limpieza de algunos òrganos, aportar energìa para enfrentar el dìa a dìa , entre otros.

Encontramos muchas recetas de unir algunos vegetales que por su aporte de vitaminas hacen juego para fortalecer el sistema inmunitario o aportar entre otras cosas energìa.

La zanahoria, entre su contenido vitamìnico de diferentes tipos se conoce su poder en Vitamina A, muy recomendada para controlar los efectos del sol en la piel , ademàs favorece la vista.

El pepino , su contenido en vitaminas y minerales es muy nutricional, lo hace muy poderoso para el organismo , igual que la zanahoria aporta para fortalecer el sistema inmunitario.

El perejil, es depurativo, digestivo y nutritivo; es rico en Vitamina C, Calcio y Magnesio, ademàs de otros contenido de vitaminas que aporta.

El limòn, aporta una gran cantidad de Vitamina C, presenta otras vitaminas en menos escalas.

Se preparò durante 7 dìas para complementar la alimentaciòn de quienes vivimos en mi hogar (principalmente se preparò para consumo de mi madre, pues todos lo consumimos)

Diariamente se usô:
-1 pepino
-1 zanahoria
-un pequeño manojo de perejil
-1 ò 2 limones
-1 vaso de agua

Despuès de lavar muy bien, con mucha agua cada vegetal se procede a picar en trozos muy pequeños para ser llevados a la licuadora.

Se iniciò primero colocando el agua en la licuadora, el pepino por ser màs suave para el licuado.

Luego, se incorporò el perejil, dejando batir muy bien. La zanahoria se incorpora.

Por ùltimo el jugo del limòn, seguir batiendo muy bien.

Se sirve en el vaso.

Observaciòn importante: es del gusto de cada quien pasarlo por una coladera, en este caso se decidiò tomarlo sin pasarlo por ninguna coladera para no perder su fibra.
