Today's drink is a compound of two fruits plus some leaves that together provide many benefits. These fruits: guava, strawberries and mint leaves make a good team.
Guava: is a fruit that provides antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C, and also benefits gastrointestinal health. This fruit has multiple benefits to the body.
Strawberry: It also has benefits such as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, digestive and many more.
Mint leaves: in addition to its gastronomic use, it can also be used to promote the health of people, collaborating in it at specific times.
Para este jugo se usó:
1/2 guayaba
8 fresas aproximadamente
-4 hojas de menta
-1 1/2 vaso de agua
- azúcar al gusto
For this juice was used:
- 1/2 guava
- 8 strawberries approximately
-4 mint leaves
-1 1/2 glass of water
- sugar to taste
Start the preparation by placing in the blender glass the measure of water mentioned above, the strawberries and mint leaves. Blend for a few minutes (3 minutes approximately) so that everything is well processed.
Add sugar to taste (you can drink it without sugar) in this case it was added because there were guests.
After blending, it is passed through a strainer.
This is how delicious it is, when it gets a little thick it is very tasty.
