Muy buenas noches amigos de #hive en especial de esta comunidad de Amazing Drinks donde publico hoy por primera vez,soy nuevo y estoy explorando comunidades para ir conociendo este maravilloso ecosistema. Hoy les traigo un jugo de parchita, siempre lo preparo así desde que mi esposa @chironga67 me enseño,ya que rinde y queda muy sabroso.

Lo prepare primero solo con la pulpa de 2 parchitas para hacerlo más rápido por que mi esposa estaba trabajando y se veía cansada y quise sorprenderla con este refrescante jugo de parchita bien frio y para ver cuanto rendía de la forma tradicional . Me salieron 2 vasos de jugo (porque si le echaba más agua perderia el sabor)le serví un vaso con hielo a mi esposa y quedo muy agradecida.

Today I bring you a parchita juice, I always prepare it this way since my wife @chironga67 taught me, as it yields and is very tasty.

I prepared it first with only the pulp of 2 parchitas to make it faster because my wife was working and looked tired and I wanted to surprise her with this refreshing cold parchita juice and to see how much it yielded in the traditional way. I got 2 glasses of juice (because if I added more water it would lose the flavor) I served a glass with ice to my wife and she was very grateful.

Guarde las conchas de las dos parchitas que había preparado y las otras 2 parchitas para hacer el jugo el dia siguiente de la forma que me había enseñado mi esposita .

I kept the shells of the two parchitas I had prepared and the other two parchitas to make the juice the next day the way my wife had taught me.

INGREDIENTES//INGREDIENTS

4 parchitas
Agua cantidad necesaria
Azúcar al gusto

4 small parchitas

Para empezar a preparar mi jugo primero lave las parchitas bien lavadas solo con agua , después las pique por la mitad y le saque la pulpa, corte las conchas en pedazos pequeños y las coloque en una olla con suficiente agua y las puse a hervir aproximadamente por cuarenta minutos, siempre pendiente que no se le secara el agua , una vez ya cocidas las deje enfriar. Luego le agregue la pulpa en la licuadora y la licue por parte agregandole un poco de agua para que no quedara muy espeso , una vez licuado cole la mezcla y le agregue el azúcar al gusto. Luego lo servi en un vaso con suficiente hielo y a disfrutar de este rico jugo.

Ok amigos de hive espero les haya gustado la receta del jugo de parchitas y sus conchas que les he traido hoy y lo puedan preparar muy pronto.

To start preparing my juice first wash the well washed parchitas only with water, then chop them in half and remove the pulp, cut the shells into small pieces and place them in a pot with enough water and put them to boil for about forty minutes, always watching that the water does not dry up, once cooked and let them cool. Then add the pulp in the blender and blend it by adding a little water so that it does not get too thick, once blended, I mix the mixture and add sugar to taste. Then serve it in a glass with enough ice and enjoy this delicious juice.
