Greetings dear AmazingDinks community, I hope you are doing well 😊!





A few years ago I worked in a health food store, I remember very well that one of the products that most customers were looking for was a remedy that was made with pure plum.

There I saw with amazement how there were so many people suffering from constipation and that product was the most recommended for those cases.

In that store I learned many things about natural products and one of those was the importance of consuming this dried fruit, normally because of the high cost I do not consume them so often, but when I have the opportunity I do not hesitate to add it to my diet.

Today I bring you a very simple drink, very simple to prepare but very nutritious, ideal to consume before breakfast, contains Banana, Almond Milk and Prunes, no need to add sweetener, as bananas and prunes provide all the sweetness you need, but if you want it sweeter you are free to add the sweetener of your choice.

Now I invite you to join me in preparing this nutritious and wonderful drink.😉

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup and a half of Almond Milk, or any other Milk of your preference.
  • 4 Prunes.
  • 1 Banana.



How to prepare:

In a blender pour the Almond Milk.

Then add the Banana.

And finally the Plums.

Blend very well for about 1 minute.

Now, just serve.

And we enjoy! 😋



Render: 2 glasses.

Hace unos cuantos años atrás trabajé en una tienda naturista, recuerdo muy bien que uno de los productos que más buscaban los clientes era un remedio que estaba hecho con pura ciruela.

Allí vi con asombro como habían tantas personas sufriendo de estreñimiento y ese producto era el que más se recomendaba para esos casos.

En esa tienda aprendí muchas cosas sobre producto naturales y una de esas fue lo importante de consumir esta fruta deshidratada, normalmente por el elevado costo no las consumo tan a menudo, pero cuando tengo la oportunidad no dudo de agregarla a mi dieta.

Hoy les traigo una bebida muy sencilla, muy simple de preparar pero muy nutritiva, ideal para consumirla antes del desayuno, contiene Banana, Leche de Almendras y Ciruela pasas, no hace falta añadir endulzante, ya que las bananas y las ciruelas le aportan todo el dulzor que se necesita, pero si la deseas más dulce estas en libertad de añadir el endulzante de tu preferencia.

Ahora te invito a que me acompañes a preparar esta nutritiva y maravillosa bebida. 😉

Ingredientes:

  • 1 Taza y media de Leche de Almendras, o cualquier otra Leche de tu preferencia.
  • 4 Ciruelas Pasas.
  • 1 Banana.



Modo de preparación:

En una licuadora vertemos la Leche de Almendras.

Luego añadimos la Banana.

Y por último las Ciruelas.

Licuamos muy bien como por espacio de 1 minuto.

Ahora, solo servimos.

Y disfrutamos! 😋



Rinde: 2 vasos.
