Healthy Yogurt, Orange and Chia Smoothie. / Saludable Batido de Yogurt, Naranja y Chía.

Greetings dear Amazing Drink community I hope you are doing well. ☺️

At home we are taking steps to eat in a very healthy way, for some reason or another we go a little off the diet, either by temptation, or also by the budget but the truth is that we know how important it is to take care of ourselves, something essential to have optimal health, is good nutrition, some think it's about eating a lot but the reality is that it is about knowing what to eat and what kind of nutrients I'm giving my body.

One of the foods that I had time without consuming is Chia, I know that this seed is considered a superfood, it is a rich source of Omega 3, I have heard that they are fatty acids that protect our heart and also has many other properties.

So today I am going to share a drink that contains this precious seed and also as in the pantry there was natural yogurt and orange I was curious to know how a smoothie would be joining these ingredients, in addition to satiate my craving I would also take something very nutritious and healthy.





Now I invite you to make this healthy drink together.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia (Previously hydrated in Water).
  • 1 Orange.
  • 150 Grams of natural Yogurt without Sugar.
  • 125 ml of plain or cold water.
  • 1 spoonful and a half of Honey (optional).



Let's go to the preparation:

After having washed the Orange, remove the peel, seeds and chop it, I chopped it into 8 pieces, to make it easier when blending.

Now in a blender we are going to put the orange.

Then add the Yogurt.

Add the Chia.

I sweetened it with a tablespoon and a half of honey, but it is optional, you can also sweeten it with whatever you prefer, just remember that the less refined sugars we use, the healthier our smoothie will be.

And finally add the water.

Now just blend the ingredients well.

And ready, serve, taste and enjoy.



Actually this is not the most delicious drink I have ever tasted, but it has its charm, it is the first time I combine these ingredients and of course I would prepare it again because I know it is healthy and quite pleasant tasting.

En casa estamos tomando medidas para alimentarnos de una manera muy saludable, por alguna razón u otra nos descarriamos un poco de la dieta, ya sea por la tentación, o también por el presupuesto pero lo cierto es que sabemos lo importante de cuidarnos, algo imprescindible para tener una salud optima, es la buena alimentación, algunos piensan que se trata de comer mucho pero la realidad es que se trata de saber que comer y que tipo de nutrientes le estoy dando a mi cuerpo.

Una de los alimentos que tenía tiempo sin consumir es la Chía, sé que esta semilla está considerada como un superalimento, es una fuente rica en Omega 3, he escuchado que son ácidos grasos que protegen nuestro corazón y además tiene muchas otras propiedades.

Por eso hoy les voy a compartir una bebida que contiene esta preciosa semilla y además como en la despensa había yogurt natural y Naranja tenía una curiosidad y era saber cómo quedaría un batido uniendo estos ingredientes, además de saciar mi antojo también me tomaría algo muy nutritivo y saludable.





Ahora te invito a que juntos hagamos esta saludable bebida.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 Cucharada de Chía (Previamente hidratada en Agua)
  • 1 Naranja.
  • 150 Gramos de Yogurt natural sin Azúcar.
  • 125 ml de Agua al natural o fría.
  • 1 Cucharada y media de Miel (opcional).



Vamos a la Preparación:

Después de haber lavado la Naranja, le quitamos la cascara, las semillas y la picamos, yo la piqué en 8 pedazos, para que sea más fácil a la hora de licuar.

Ahora en una licuadora vamos a echar la naranja.

Luego agregamos el Yogurt.

Añadimos la Chía.

Yo lo endulcé con una cucharada y media de Miel, pero es opcional, además puedes endulzar con lo que prefieras, solo recuerda que mientras menos Azúcares refinados usemos más saludable será nuestro batido.

Y por último agregamos el Agua.

Ahora solo licuamos que se integren bien los ingredientes.

Y listo, servimos, probamos y la disfrutamos.



Realmente esta no es la bebida más deliciosa que he probado, pero tiene su encanto, es la primera vez que combino estos ingredientes y por supuesto que volvería a prepararla porque sé que es saludable y con un sabor bastante agradable.

la Chia tiene muchos beneficios y la puedes usar en muchas preparaciones, realmente su sabor es muy suave, pero vale la pena probarla y hacerla parte de la dieta.
