"Ponche crema" - Venezuelan drink (Recipe)

¡Hooola Comunidad de Hive! como se encuentran? espero que muy bien. Bueno amigos hoy quiero darles una preparacion bastante facil y rapida de preparar. Si bien, en epocas navideñas, en diciembre, es muy comun hacer ciertas prepraciones como las hallacas, pan de jamon, asado negro o pernil. son preparaciones para ocaciones especiales como un compartir navideño en familia o con amigos, pero como postres sea para comer o beber, siempre pero siempre falta ese toque dulce cremoso para una buena cena y terminar una buena noche o dia, y si, es el ponche crema venezolano.

aqui del ponche crema hay dos tipos de prepraciones, en las cuales estan, una que es mas elaborado con yemas de huevo, limon, maicena, etc; y la otra es preparado a base de flan y en este caso lo elaboraremos con el flan, un ingrediente muy especial para nuestro ponche crema.

Ingredientes:
  • 1 caja (156 gramos) de flan de vainilla.

  • 4 tazas de leche líquida.

  • 400 gramos de leche condensada o un poco más, a gusto.

  • 1 taza (225 ml) de ron, o a gusto.

  • Canela, clavos de olor y piel de limón verde.

  • Vainilla para dar sabor y olor.

Flan de Vainilla

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer, es cocinar el flan para esto utilizamos la leche liquida a cocinar, aqui lo vamos a saborizar y aromatizar con un clavo grande canela y piel de limon (Luego se retirara para no amargar la prepraciones, solo es darle sabor y olor), luego agregamos el flan, dejamos cocinar hasta que se note un poco texturizado. aqui tenemos que hacer flan un dia antes ya que hay que dejarlo enfriando en la nevera un dia antero o de la noche hasta la mañana, tenemos que ver que el flan se formo en una gelatina literlmente.

Una vez teniendo el flan listo, vamos a procesar todo en la licuadora, aqui vamos agregar una gran cucharada de flan sopero, la leche condesada a nuestro gusto, incluso que la vainilla. Despues agregamos la taza de ron puro, y procedemos a procesar o licuar.

Una tecnica mia que voy a mostrar, es agregando leche en polvo, esto le da mas cremosidad a nuestro ponche crema.

Estas cantidades, estan a nuestro gusto y preferencias, si queremos mas fuerte o mas cremoso o le pueden agregar otro ingrediente, estan a su gusto y preferencia.

Luego de ver como todo se ha mezclado muy bien, podemos probar y verificar que nos puede hacer falta a nuestro gusto, eso si, prueben y laven sus cucharas, no queremos que nuestra saliba dañe la prepracion. Procedemos a envasar y guardar en la nevera.

Y listo!!!... Podemos degustar con sin o con hielo, podemos agregar canela para espolvorear pero esta a su gusto, en mi caso, sin nada, solo la bebida pura para degustar mejor.

De esta bebida dulce, se puede sacar muchisimas variantes, como por ejemplo: ponche crema de oreo, maní, coco. etc. se pueden sacar distintas variedades de ponche crema en donde puedes disfrutar de los sabores, en mi caso alcance preprar un ponche crema de café, Muy delicioso y satisfecho de estos sabores.

Hello Hive Community! How are you? How are they? I hope that very good. Well friends, today I want to give you a preparation that is quite easy and quick to prepare. Although, at Christmas time, in December, it is very common to make certain preparations such as hallacas, ham bread, black roast or pernil. They are preparations for special occasions such as sharing Christmas with family or friends, but as desserts, whether to eat or drink, they are always missing that creamy sweet touch for a good dinner and end a good night or day, and yes, it is the punch. Venezuelan cream.

Here of the cream punch there are two types of preparations, in which they are, one that is more elaborated with egg yolks, lemon, cornstarch, etc.; and the other is prepared with flan and in this case we will make it with flan, a very special ingredient for our cream punch.

Ingredients:
  • 1 box (156 grams) of vanilla flan.

  • 4 cups of liquid milk.

  • 400 grams of condensed milk or a little more, to taste.

  • 1 cup (225 ml) of rum, or to taste.

  • Cinnamon, cloves and green lemon peel.

  • Vanilla to give flavor and smell.

The first thing we have to do is cook the flan, for this we use the liquid milk to cook, here we are going to flavor and aromatize it with a large cinnamon clove and lemon peel (Then it will be removed so as not to bitter the preparations, it is just to give it flavor and smell), then we add the flan, let it cook until it becomes a little textured. Here we have to make flan a day in advance since it has to be left cooling in the refrigerator the day before or overnight, we have to see that the flan literally forms into a jelly.

Once we have the flan ready, we are going to process everything in the blender, here we are going to add a large spoonful of flan soup, the condensed milk to our taste, including the vanilla. Then we add the cup of pure rum, and proceed to process or blend.

One technique of mine that I am going to show is adding powdered milk, this gives more creaminess to our cream punch.

These quantities are up to our taste and preferences, if we want it stronger or creamier or you can add another ingredient, they are up to your taste and preference.

After seeing how everything has been mixed very well, we can try and verify what we may need to our liking, yes, try and wash your spoons, we do not want our saliba to damage the preparation. We proceed to package and store in the refrigerator.

And that's it!!!... We can taste with or without ice, we can add cinnamon to sprinkle but it's to your taste, in my case, without anything, just the pure drink to taste better.

You can make many variations of this sweet drink, such as: Oreo cream punch, peanut, coconut. etc You can make different varieties of cream punch where you can enjoy the flavors, in my case I was able to prepare a coffee cream punch, very delicious and satisfied with these flavors.
