Smiling at someone can make a real difference in their day and my day.
I have caught myself frowning a lot lately and I have not felt very well.
I am trying to smile more again. I read that smiling can literally affect
the way you feel, so please smile when you think of it. Write a post it
notes to, "Smile more - it's good for your health!" and "Smile more it's good for
another person's health too." 😄
