¡Feliz año nuevo! Hivers y Leones del mundo. Quiero empezar este año con un recuento del 2023 y un poco de mi visión para el 2024.

Happy new year! Hivers and Lions of the world. I want to start this year with a recount of 2023 and a little of my vision for 2024.

El 2022 fue un año que me dio muchos golpes que me desanimaron, nada grave, pero sí suficiente para hacer que el 2023 lo recibiera con desgana. Solo sabía que ya no quería tener nada que ver con trabajos regulares y que me dedicaría de lleno a la Web 3, específicamente a Hive. Con esa resolución me uní a @hiversbqto, y a @hispapro, por invitación de @yonnathang que me lo crucé un día en la calle jaja, y donde @zullyscott, @filoriologo y @joheredia21 me recibieron con mucho cariño, me sentí parte del equipo muy pronto, y de hecho fue cayendo y corriendo, porque tocó un montón de trabajo desde el inicio jajaja.

2022 was a year that gave me many blows that discouraged me, nothing serious, but enough to make 2023 receive it with reluctance. I just knew that I no longer wanted to have anything to do with regular jobs and that I would dedicate myself fully to Web 3, specifically Hive. With that resolution I joined @hiversbqto, and @hispapro, at the invitation of @yonnathang that I ran into him one day on the street haha, and where @zullyscott, @filoriologo and @joheredia21 welcomed me with great affection, I felt part of the team very soon, and in fact it was hands on deck right away, because it involved a lot of work from the beginning hahaha.

Hicimos varios eventos, y gran parte para mí fue convertirme en Hive Speaker, en la Expo TecnoDigital, luego en Lara Fest, en las universidades que visitamos, y más recientemente, en la Caracas Blockchain Week. Un año lleno de eventos aquí en el país, creando conciencia y networking. Para mí, 2023 se trataba de eso, y 2024 será para involucrar a aquellos con quienes ya contactamos y ayudar a hacer crecer a aquellos que ya están aquí en Hive. Además, hacer crecer a nuestra comunidad, en los eventos las personas se sienten atraídas por nuestra energía, hay que multiplicarla.

We did several events, and a big part of it for me, was becoming a Hive Speaker, in the Expo TecnoDigital, then Lara Fest, at the universities we visited, and most recently, on the Caracas Blockchain Week. A year full of events here in the country, creating awareness and networking. For me 2023 was about it, and 2024 is gonna be for engaging those we already contacted, and helping grow those already here on Hive. Also, keep growing our Hive community. On the events people is always attracted to our awesome energy, let's give more of it to the world.

La experiencia para mi más espectacular del año fue visitar Bogotá. Lo más curioso fue cómo vino esa decisión de ir y cómo se logró... En uno de los eventos de Hive Barquisimeto conocí a @fermionico, quien cumple años el mismo día que yo, y conversando con él una de las cosas que me dijo fue que había que viajar, conocer más allá, sin ponerse excusas, así que tenía eso en mente. Luego vi que venía el CriptoLatinFest y @arlettemsalase publicó que habían entradas y yo pregunté por una... luego me dijo que confirmara y yo entré en pánico y dije sí, claro, sí voy, mientras en mi mente pensaba "ya veré cómo" jajaja, y abusando un poco, insistí y ella muy amablemente me apoyó, y pude estar allá 15 días... y bueno 😅 no era solo ir al evento, llegar allá fue toda una travesía. Primer viaje que hago en solitario y fue bien lejos, por tierra. Allá conocí a personas magnífica y a las que me gustaría poder visitar. @virginianavas1 me alegra que ya te salga lo del viaje, me entristece que no creo pueda volver a Colombia antes de que ya te hayas ido.

La experiencia en este evento y en el post evento fue genial, porque realmente yo no tenía que estar, no estaba organizando y el evento no era ni cerca de mi casa, pero quería asistir y poner a disposición de Hive lo que aprendí durante los eventos en Venezuela, y fue oportuno, pude hacer mi parte, ya que la comunidad de Hive Colombia estaba en su primer evento de este tipo y mucho de lo que yo aprendí pude transmitirlo y hacer esta experiencia más sencilla para ellos.

For me, the most spectacular experience of the year was visiting Bogotá. The most curious thing was how that decision to go came about and how it was achieved... At one of the Hive Barquisimeto events I met @fermionico, who has a birthday on the same day as me, and while talking with him one of the things he told me It was that you had to travel, know beyond, without making excuses, so I had that in mind. Then I saw that CriptoLatinFest was coming and @arlettemsalase published that there were tickets and I asked for one... then he told me to confirm and I panicked and said yes, of course, I'm going, while in my mind I thought "I'll see how" hahaha, and being a bit abusive, I insisted and she very kindly supported me, and I was able to stay there for 15 days... and well 😅 it wasn't just going to the event, getting there was quite a journey. First trip I have made alone and it was very far, by land. There I met magnificent people who I would like to visit. @virginianavas1 I'm glad that the trip is working out for you, it saddens me that I don't think I can return to Colombia before you've already left.
The experience at this event and in the post-event was great, because I really didn't have to be there, I wasn't organizing and the event wasn't even close to my house, but I wanted to attend and make available to Hive what I learned during the events. in Venezuela, and it was timely, I was able to do my part, since the Hive Colombia community was in its first event of this type and I was able to transmit much of what I learned and make this experience easier for them.

Hablando de cosas internacionales... Este año pude conocer a @starkerz, y las conversaciones con él me abrieron los ojos a lo mucho que Hive puede dar y lo mucho que nosotros podemos dar a Hive. Y dar a Hive es darnos a nosotros mismos, es una blockchain donde la comunidad es dueña, así que de nosotros depende hasta donde llegue. Se puede hacer vida, divertirse, e incluso trabajar por medio de Hive, la clave está en estar presente y hacer primero, demostrar quienes somos, y esa reputación es la que nos abrirá muchas puertas. De verdad que fue un placer poder conocer a alguien que está trabajando en Hive en un área completamente distinta a la que tanto yo como mis conocidos nos movemos.

Speaking of international things... This year I was able to meet @starkerz, and conversations with him opened my eyes to how much Hive can give and how much we can give to Hive. And giving to Hive is giving to ourselves, it is a blockchain where the community owns it, so it is up to us how far it goes. You can have a life, have fun, and even work through Hive, the key is to be present and do things first, demonstrate who we are, and that reputation is what will open many doors for us. It was truly a pleasure to be able to meet someone who is working at Hive in a completely different area than the one that I and my acquaintances work in.

Con calma xD Aquí va. Unirme a InLeo fue la cereza del pastel en 2023, de verdad, la mera casualidad que me hizo participar en la campaña de abril, luego iniciar como curadora y ahora ser parte del equipo, ha sido toda una experiencia, y algo que tenía que ser. Incluso he usado el nombre Tsunsica Leo años antes de que siquiera existiera Hive. Mi cumpleaños es el 15, especial para hacer el LPUD, y pues signo leo.

He aprendido muchísimo desde que entré, sobre lo que hay que hacer por Hive y lo que el proyecto de InLeo persigue. En esta jornada he podido conocer a @anomadsoul , @khaleelkazi, @taskmaster4450le, @jongolson, @l337m45732 (which I tagged just because I know how to write the username :D) Y a todas las personas con las que pude competir lado a lado en la campaña, al equipo de curadores de InLeo y a todos los participantes de las más recientes campañas.

Espero que este sea un largo capítulo y poder ver a InLeo alcanzando todo su potencial.

Take it easy xD Here it goes. Joining InLeo was the icing on the cake in 2023, really, the mere coincidence that made me participate in the April campaign, then start as a curator and now be part of the team, has been quite an experience, and something that had to be . I've even used the name Tsunsica Leo years before Hive even existed. My birthday is the 15th, special for doing the LPUD, and then I'm a Leo.
I have learned a lot since I joined, about what needs to be done for Hive and what the InLeo project is after. On this day I have been able to meet @anomadsoul, @khaleelkazi, @taskmaster4450le, @jongolson, @l337m45732 (which I tagged just because I know how to write the username :D) And all the people with whom I was able to compete side by side in the campaign, to the InLeo curatorial team and to all the participants of the most recent campaigns.
I hope this is a long chapter and I get to see InLeo reaching his full potential.
