The year is coming an end with just one day left to say goodbye to Year 2023 and I'm so grateful and excited about what the coming year holds for everyone of us. This year have been a huge success for me, Goals achieved, growth, improvements and preparedness for the coming year.
Thinking back to this year and how much I've achieved, I think that I could achieve even more in the coming year. It is a good mindset I'll need to get through next year and the goal I have planned which I'll share in a bit. I've achieved a lot that this post won't be complete without mentioning a few of the main ones.
With my achievements in play, I'm going to set some achievable goals for my Hive account and the strategies I'll be using to achieve them.
Hive is one of the best thing that happened to me in almost three years now... I plan to grow my account fast so I can support as much writers and projects as possible. This coming year is going to be another huge step for me towards that goal.
To Double My Hive Power
Late last year, I had the goal of growing my HP to becoming a dolphin with 6k Hive power before the year end not knowing I was underestimating what I could do. How I surpassed that goal to set new ones is still a surprise. I went from 2900 HP to above 9500 HP and now, I will be stepping up my game for the new year although it is a realistic one too.
From 9500 HP to 20,000 HP
This goal means, I'll be aiming at getting a total of at least 10,500 HP before the end of this year. Earning a minimum of 15 - 20 HP daily which I think is achievable would help me achieve this goal. The strategy I plan to use is to hustle for the yearly badge from Hive buzz achievement to my goals while I power up daily like I did this year.
Curation rewards, delegation rewards, participating in contests and joining every month's power up would help me get my goals achieved, I just have to be consistent enough.
Invest More And Explore More
I have found out about the opportunities in stacking Hive engine tokens and I'm still learning more into it and so, I try not to miss out on any opportunity to grow the numbers in that wallet too. I've been busy buying and staking as many tokens as I could but I'll like to also step up my game for next year and own a lot of these tokens alongside my Hive power. Here are some main tokens I'll be focusing on alongside my Hive power goal.
The highlight for me here would be the soon to be launched game - Holozing and my plan to grow the token in my possession.
- Zing - I want to double what I have now (Engaging in the community and playing the game)
- LOH - I also want to double what I have now (Engage with the community and threading with the tag).
- Other tokens like Bro, Legion, Leo will also be taken into consideration but I can't give a target on them as they are not so cheap to buy.
Random Goals To Achieve
This might be the most challenging part but I've tried it this year and succeeded so I'm going to give it a try again next year. I plan to publish at least one post daily until the end of year 2024. Of course, not any kind of posts but quality ones and I know it requires more research, more efforts and photography to work on. There will also be video blogging which I plan to expand on and not just focus on singing alone.
Last year, I planned to own a PC this year and I succeeded. So for next year, I'm planning to get good equipments for my video blogging experience to be better here on Hive and maybe explore other Web2 platforms to spread a word about Hive.
I also plan to explore places, more areas of Hive, hopefully the gaming aspect. Gaining daily, monthly and the year's badge is a goal I wish to achieve again next year as I go about exploring more to my own advantage, this should also be a boost to my HP goal.
If there are any more goals to be added and achieved this year, I'll make sure to add them all in so I can refer to the post at the end of the year. I wish everyone would achieve his or her goals and we will all celebrate together at the end of next year.
Happy New Year In A Bit Everyone! ❤️
