Hi friends,
Last night, before going to bed, I saw that my friend @jessiencasa had tagged me in her post regarding her 4th birthday on #Hive. Which made me remember along with @hivebuzz's notification that today March 25th was her 2nd birthday on Hive. So today is a very important day for me.
I came to #Hive thanks to my friend @millyzev, whom I thank from these lines for her dedication in explaining me the first steps in the community and for helping me in my first posts. Therefore, as a gesture of gratitude, 25% of the benefits of this post go to her, which I know will be good for her economy and that of her three children who are a treasure.
My beginnings in #Hive despite @millyzev's help were complicated, since for work reasons I couldn't find the motivation to start writing. In fact, almost 2 months passed between the creation of the account and my first publication. Which, as in the case of other Hivers was an introduction, but not having understood very well the operation, I only published it on my blog and not in a community like #Gems, #ocd or other communities dedicated to our introduction in #Hive.
From the month of June 2023, my activity in #Hive and once I learned well how the blog worked, I was creating a network of very good friends through various photo contests in which I participate almost every week:
Shadow Hunters organized by @melinda010100
Reflection Hunters organized by @olgavita
Pobphotocontes organized by @friendlymoose
Qurator's Photo Quest organized by @qurator.
Other contests that I participated in the first year and that in the last few months I haven't participated in, but that I have as a challenge to return sooner rather than later is the urban art photography contest organized by @digi-me. @digi-me I promise to write again in April, I have some interesting murals to show you. Here's a sneak preview of one I didn't submit in the contest.
Two years that have flown by
It is often said that with age time tends to fly by. Well, that's my current feeling when I see that I'm two years old in Hive and a lot of the blame is to be very entertained reading posts from some of my friends like @amigoponc, @duvinca, @asterkame or @ph1102. THANKS A LOT for writing each one about very different topics but at the same time very enriching for me.
Instead, on #Hive I feel like nowhere else writing about my travels, my photos and some experiences. I feel that #Hive is the current beacon of my life.
Such is my gratitude for #Hive that in recent months I have talked a lot about #Hive with co-workers and also with some customers. In fact, in January, in the sales meeting held in Granada, I talked about #Hive to about 60 people who work in the same multinational company I serve and with 2 of them I even passed them the link via WhatsApp so that they could create an account.
But as a challenge for my next birthday is to get some of my co-workers, clients or friends to create their Hive account and with this we can make the community grow more and, surely, their experiences and posts will enrich us all intellectually.
Best regards, friends.
