Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz domingo, espero se esten preparando para una semana y un mes excelente!! Ya casi se nos va el año asi que hay que meter el acelerador por esas metas!! Hoy les traigo una rutina de planchas, digamos "sencilla" por ser domingo, vamos a hacer 10 repeticiones de cada movimiento, descansaremos 1 minuto despues de haberlo realizados todos, tomamos aire, tantica agua y seguimos con la siguiente ronda, hasta completar 4 💪💪
Espero que se animen, y veran que el lunes tendran menos flojera si hoy domingo se dedican unos minutos a entrenar 💪💪
