Hola hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz lunes, bueno aunque ya estamos mas cerca de martes jaja pero en todo caso espero que su inicio de semana haya sido excelente!! Por aca muy bien, con lluvia desde ayer, asi que el clima ha sido una divinura, lo unico es que solo me provoca estar acostada 😂 cosa que evidentemente no puedo hacer jeje!! Y ahora es que me está pegando el cansancio de la semana pasada creo, fueron dias rudos de muy mal dormir y mi cuerpo me pasa factura!! sin embargo aqui seguimos, y no podia dejar de compartirles esta rutina 100% en plancha donde no solo trabajaremos el abdomen, sino la parte superior e inferior
Por supuesto donde mas trabajaremos sera en la zona media, pero esta sin duda es una rutina que la puede hacer todo el mundo desde cualquier lugar!! Asi que una vez mas, a darle con todo🔥🔥

Hello hello friends of @fulldeportes happy Monday, well although we are closer to Tuesday haha but in any case I hope your start of the week has been great!!! Over here very well, with rain since yesterday, so the weather has been a divinura, the only thing is that only causes me to be lying down 😂 thing that obviously I can not do hehe!!!! And now is that I'm getting tired from last week I think, they were rough days of very bad sleep and my body is taking its toll!!! however here we continue, and I could not fail to share this routine 100% in plank where we will not only work the abdomen, but the upper and lower part.
Of course where we will work the most will be in the middle area, but this is certainly a routine that everyone can do from anywhere! So once again, let's go all out🔥🔥.
