En esta oportunidad les traigo una rutina para trabajar la espalda, que sin duda para nosotras las mujeres es importante para hacernos lucir una cintura mas delgada 😋
En el video indico el numero de repeticiones, son 4 rondas en total, y como siempre les digo, si no tienen las pesas, con un bolso lleno de libros tambien pueden hacerlo, lo importante es ganarle a las excusas 💪
