Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero que hayan tenido un maravilloso fin de semana por acá todo bien, en plan limpieza casera EXTREMA jeje la verdad hubo cero paseo, cero descanso jeje pero la casa pulcra asi que todo vale la pena jeje!!
y de lo que menos descansamos es del ejercicio porque como saben estoy haciendo el reto con mi esposo, y aunque ando en esos dias indeseados y hoy queria domir todo el dia, se cumplió con el reto h aca les dejo las pruebas 🥰
