Valley Of Colors

Valley of color was a great place I recommend for everyone to visit. One piece of art that was commissioned as part of a government initiative to promote tourism that is called "The Valley Of Colors". It is portrayed by its exquisite and vibrant homes and structures constructed in three comparable locations on the verdant mountains of Barangay Balili, on the outskirts of Baguio City, the Philippines.

The residences are referred to locals as the StoBosa Hillside Homes Artwork because of their creative coloring. It is collective artwork created by the Tam-awan Village Group that combines paint from several houses into one piece. This project begin in 2016 that involves about 200 houses.
Most of the time, "StoBoSa" is misinterpreted as the name of the barangay or location where Valley of Colors is located. Stonehill, Botiwtiw, and Sadjap are the three places for which it is an abbreviated word. They are all located in La Trinidad, Benguet's Barangay Balili. Most people think it’s located in Baguio City, but it’s a few kilometers away from the city.

The houses where borders live.

This place has a relaxing view that gives peace of mind it is also a feast of colors for the eyes. Being visual beings, we are. Light enters our eyes during our navigation of the environment, and our brains interpret it into signal that tells us when to approach or back-off whether what we perceive is hospitable and friendly or dangerous and should be avoided but in the valley of colors it is hospitable and friendly. Color has a profound effect on our perception of and responses to the world around us . It may have an impact on our emotions, thoughts, interpersonal relationships, and decision to purchase a particular good or service. Color influences our perception of and emotions toward the outside world , making it a delicate yet effective tool for communication.

One of the world's inherent delights is color. We have been given a gift that will enhance our perception and make our lives more meaningful. It is crucial component of our senses. In addition to being a communication tool, color can be used to identify objects, convey feelings, create a pleasing atmosphere of want, provide physical comfort, and create a pleasing atmosphere. Above all, color is an experience that piques one's curiosity about color. The mind is activated by color to form subconscious conclusions. Colors have the power to cognitively affect how we act and think in particular life circumstances. Whether we realize it or not, colors are just one of the numerous elements that influence our day-to-day existence. However, most people are unaware of the more intimate significance that colors have in our life.

Yes, it is true it is like a squatters area but it is not: most of the people living here are borders who chose to study around La Trinidad and because of the reasonable price they offer here. This place has great to offer it's just that the main problem is for the tourist to park their cars to enjoy more of the time staying in the valley of colors.

I laud the project leads and whoever conceptualized this. From a normal side-mountain settlement, simply putting in some paint with the guidance of Tam-awan artists, the place became a hit tourist spot sensation!

Absolutely! The transformation of the settlement into a popular tourist spot is truly remarkable. Kudos to the project leads and the talented Tam-awan artists for their vision and hard work in making it happen. It's amazing to see how a little creativity can make such a big impact. :)
