Thank goodness she didn't hunt the birds, there is still a vestige of the hunting instinct left in cats, but they are domestic.
I've had cats since I was 5 years old, and only two of them hunted, which I never liked.
She is a beautiful cat.

It is a natural thing for them to hunt. It's their instinct. All cats do it if have a chance or have to in order to survive.
