A potential problem with @tydynrain's suggestion is that the rest-to-earn frontend might consider publishing on Hive as "not resting" and yet will require proof that the Hive user rested, so it practically won't pay anyone. ๐ค๐คฃ๐

Yes !INDEED the idea is really good, but the practical implementation of it would be incredibly hard! Unless you could use the data from a smartwatch to check on the non-activity time and/or sleeptime, and use that. But at the same that would that imply that a lot of users will not be able to use it.

Maybe the "rest-from-Hive-to-earn" idea would be easier to implement, as that should simply require the Hive user to not make any manual transaction (which will exclude only automated votes so far) on Hive using their Hive account (and only one Hive account per person is permitted to join the initiative). ๐ค
