The Nerja Cave underground wonder of Malaga

in TravelFeed7 months ago

The Nerja cave is one of the wonders of the province of Malaga that you cannot miss if you decide to visit the area. It was discovered in the 60s, to be more specific in January 1959, by five boys who regularly played in the area.
It immediately became an event in the area and when you see it for the first time you have no doubt why.
It was the beginning of tourism in Spain so it was an incredible discovery for the inhabitants of the area.

It is an immense cave, I will not bore you with the data because you can easily search for it on the internet. The cave is divided into two main parts, one that can be visited and another that is dedicated to geological studies.
The visitable area leaves no one indifferent and is well worth a visit if you are in the area. But its greatest particularity and what makes it even better is that different activities are organized within it, such as music festivals. This makes you have another perspective than just that of a tourist. It reminds me of going to the theater in the Roman theater in Merida, which is an unforgettable experience.

The last time I visited the cave they had added some new features such as an immersive virtual reality experience that surprised me. It is done at the end of the visit and leaves you with a smile on your face for the rest of the day. I'm sure you spend the day commenting on it.

Thank you very much for supporting my blog and I look forward to your comments.!

That is a really cool cave. It would be fun to explore as kid who discovered it.
