Oh yes we are still on the track of learning the teachings of Christ Jesus concerning on how we must maintain being healthy in as much as we know that it is a Gods word which we are to be seen as people who keeps abiding unto it. Thanks to God's Servant of whom God has been greatly using in exploring these reviews into us through this super interesting videos.

I keep telling people that the only way we can be able to read the mind of God and to be in thesame track of life with him is by us seen as people who reads and mediate meaning in the teaching and words which proceeded out of God's word as it has been written down as God's word. According to God's servant Brother Eli Soriano told us that practicing exercise is one of the ways of which every true believer can maintain a healthy life, God's servant was able to prove that to us as it is writing according to the book of 1 TIMOTHY 4:8.

Now lets explore the above scripture, we can be seen as people who takes time to maintain and abide to the teaching of God about remaining healthy by taking our own time to get ourselves involved in some physical activities which will greatly enable us to stand firm without been inflicted by any diseases such as obesity or heart problem. We may not get to know this when we are afar from the teachings of God. That is why every believer must Always draw closer and closer to the things of God and to everything that concern God so that we might not end up as people who remains unhealthy while serving God.

I was able to learn a lot based on things which excerise can do to our body if we faint not but kept to God's word. Brother Eli Soriano explore benefits like

•When we subject our body into excerise we are bound to remove toxins from our body through the process of sweating there by making us fit and healthy.

•Excerise helps our body by strengthenning our immune system because it will make our body fit and firm to attack back which in turns make us to feel healthy.

Also in CONCLUSION brother Eli Soriano was able to let us know some of the foods we can eat to remain healthy. we must not base on sugary foods but we can eat DRY MORSEL which will in turn nourish our body rather than causing problems and troubles between our fellow brethen.
I must say this topic is such an inspiring topic indeed.
