In getting ready for Nineties Friday we on this Thursday are picking songs from MxPx’s 1998 A&M Records Debut release (there fourth album overall)
A band who we both believe should have been a household name with bands like Blink/182, Green Day and Offspring. But due to what we believe is bad moves from there labels it just didn’t get that mainstream boom. They got some limited MTV play and alternative radio play in LA area due to the punk/ska scene being so hyped in California. But they never got the play overall needed to get them to the next level.

Also the album cover kinda sucks. We say this as people who love this album!
Think they had the sound to make it mainstream? Or are we just making excuses cause there a favorite band from growing up?
