For today I have brought you a Delicious Eggplant Cream, this recipe is prepared in a super fast way and also takes very few ingredients.

Para el día de hoy les he traído una Deliciosa Crema de Berenjena, está receta se prepara de una forma super rápida y además lleva muy pocos ingredientes.

It is a simple recipe that you can spread on your crackers, breads, cassava or whatever you like.

Es una receta sencilla la cual puedes untar en tus galletas salada, panes, casabe o con lo que te gustes.

Ingredientes

  • 900 grs de berenjena.( 3 berenjenas)
  • 1/4 de taza de jugo de limón.(3 limones)
  • 1/2 de taza de aceite.
  • 1 cdita de ajo en polvo.
  • 1/4 cdita de sal.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice (3 lemons).
  • 1/2 cup of oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

  • For our elaboration, the first thing we are going to do is to thoroughly wash our eggplants, then we dry them.
  • If you like you can remove the green part and if you do not leave it like that, as I did, nothing happens.
  • Para nuestra elaboración lo primero que vamos hacer es lanar bien nuestras berenjenas, luego la secamos.
  • Si usted gusta le puede quitar la parte verde y si no la deja así, como lo hice yo, no pasa nada.
