This is so inviting and is just the kind of desert I love. I wish I could get nice fresh coconuts. The canned will not be as good.

Yes, the flavor changes, but maybe at some point you can get fresh coconuts, or do it with some other fruit, for example, a strawberry or raspberry delicacy, I think it will be delicious; You could even add canned coconut cream, because with the flavor of fresh fruit, it surely tastes good.
