It was the shadow of a giraffe. It is somewhat surprising that the ornamentala plant was used to make such a replica I took the picture from an amusement park in our country. There are several other such replicas in this park. In order for the ornamental plants to take the shape of a particular object, first the shap of that object is made by means of a rod, then a type of plant like a shrub is planted near that shap so that they can grow according to that shape. This type of shape can provide beautiful shadows.
