Hello friends I'm glad to be part of the hive reach out prompt edition 24, well it's my first time participating and writing in the hive reach out community.
Food is a very vital supplement for the bodies of both humans and animals. Well did I just say animals, haha yeah animals do eat food and I'm sure each of them probably have their best food.
It is made to know that nutritional meals must contain the six (6) classes of food which includes; protein, carbohydrate, mineral salt, fat oil, vitamin and water These are all demanded in meals but what do we have to say when everyone has one food they love most, these meals may fall in any of these six classes but sometimes don't contain all the six classes.
However what I think should be done in a case where we love some meals more than the other is to eat randomly, it wouldn't be proper to eat a particular kind of food for a long time.
But then I as an individual I have a meal I personally love do much, it is called UKOM in my native language then Bole as a general name but I don't know if it has a universal name😄
This is the only food that can make me go wild.
My love for this meal grew since when I was a child living with mom, she made me feel in love with the meal because of how skilled she is in preparing it.
Now this meal is a combination of unripe plantain and a native sauce usually made from scent leaves, or the plantain peels.
For the scent leaves it will be pounded using mortar and pestle with fresh pepper 🌶️ and seasoning cube, salt crayfish if available then with red oil.
For the plantain peels it will also be pounded till very smooth then wrapped in nylon into a boiling water, when done added to a plate before seasoning with fresh pepper, salt, before the red oil will be added, you can choose to use any protein of your choice.
Meanwhile this particular meal contains protein, mineral, fat and oil, water carbohydrate, so out of the six demanded the meal I love most contains five (5), haha that sounds good.
So guys I don't know if you have tasted any version of plantain and sauce before, if you have let's talk on the comments section.
This is actually my favorite meal.
