Water, fresh air all good therapy when we need it most. Trumpet flowers in yellow should be returning here again soon, Mimosa type tree always fascinating how they conserve energy with their little leaves closing for the night.

Our winter has been too warm, only province to have winter is the Cape who have rain, cold, snow, wind.
Soon I hope to walk on beaches again I miss that so much, one simply has to be careful all the time, totally different to what we knew!
