I don't know too many Asian recipes for fish. This was indeed delicious and it's one of the best ways to enjoy this type of fish. This fish isn't too bony and what bones it has are small. The next few times I eat it will be the American way, baked unless my friend makes it again, hehe.

I wish the filipino restaurant here served a variety of fish. I think they don't because most Americans are afraid to eat whole fish. They don't know what there missing.
