Welcome in this post I share a neat tool I recently purchased to make my 3d design experience better.
It's a Space mouse!
Huston we have takeoff, what this "mouse" allows you to do is very easily manipulate your model in the design software, this is usually a burden and takes a fair bit of effort to get the view you are looking for this thing is sort of like a joy stick but on steroids
It's almost like a bop it you can pull it, you can twist it... 🤣
This bad boy got 6 degrees of motion you can see what that means in the picture below.
Now I did a little dance for y'all in the gif only the last bit of the gif is how it's used.
I had to go damn near full potato quality to get this gif uploaded and I am sorry for the horrible visual.
The model/models you see is a little something I am working on/experimenting with, @silversaver888 was looking for a custom capsule for her unique gold bar and so I am trying to see what I can do to make some capsules with reasonable clarity, I have a few things to try there is some tricks you can do to get a reasonable results with some clear PETG filament and some special setting printing at turtle speed, however I am also going to look into some other stuff like trying to make even more clear parts with that PVB material I shared before but with a clear one, this clear PVB is fairly expensive but could be a worth while to be able to also provide a more premium option.
So I am working on the custom capsule for @silversaver888 and also capsules for the 5 grain silver bars that are for sale on my Hive Bullion Exchange as well as some R&D in regards to capsules to see how far I can take it.
